Our reputation for superior fitting and adjusting eyeglasses comes not only from years
of experience in the optical industry but also through caring about how our client enjoys
the eyeglasses we dispense. Although our main optical store is located in downtown Windsor
in Ontario, Canada, approximately half of our clients live in the United States. Our American
clients still visit our conveniently-located cross-border store for regular adjustments as we
strongly advise them not to let inexperienced people touch our eyeglasses. |

We view our clients are people, and not as numbers. We do not mass produce our eyeglasses;
they are custom made for each and every individual customer. |

We take a great deal of pride not only in the manufacturing of our eyeglasses and but also
in the selection of the frames we choose for our clients. During our fitting and adjustment
period we make every effort to ensure that the glasses fit comfortably and not to damage
the eyeglasses during dispensing. |
