It is our sincere hope and intention to develop long-term professional relationships with all of our clients.
In addition to in-person dialogue, we use our Web Page, the Internet and other modern forms of communication
to build these relationships. Our ability to use modern technology is very important in instances where
our clients cannot, or choose not to travel to one our store in Novi, Michigan store or Windsor, Ontario. |

It is our practice to ask you to send us a photo of yourself wearing your current eyeglasses. We do this
for two reasons, with the first one being that it helps us recommend lens shape and frame style and color
to fit your unique facial characteristics. Secondly, it helps us develop a more personal relationship
should we not have the opportunity to meet you face to face. |

xx Rest assured that all information that you send us, including photographs, will be treated with utmost
confidence and never shared with anyone else. As well, we will never use any information that you send
us on our WEB pages. The photo’s on our WEB page and other promotional material are there by full consent
of the people who they represent, and are there to provide clearer and more accurate information to our
other clients. The people who appear on our WEB site are so pleased with
their eyeglasses that they want to share that with others and, or course, we are pleased that they do. |
