Vision Fore Golfing eyeglasses are so precision perfect is that our entire process, from fitting,
through manufacturing, to adjustment and delivery is duly coordinated and quality controlled. |

All of the ten steps that set out the production process have been controlled at the original
Vision Fore Golfing store in Windsor, Ontario. However, we believe our unique manufacturing system
will continue to deliver high quality products when we include Certified Vision Fore Golfing
Eyeglass Dispensers in remote locations. The key to our mutual ongoing success is cooperation
and collaboration! |

As a Certified Dispenser, you agree to rigorously adhere to the system’s rules, policies and procedures. |
As a Certified Dispenser your responsibilities include ... |

1. Ensuring quality eye exams. |
|
2. Exact fitting and measurement. |
|
3. Submitting meticulously reviewed work orders to the Windsor Laboratories. |
|
4. Fitting and delivery of the glasses to the client must dovetail with the other six steps
that will remain in control of the Windsor, Ontario. |

Any diversion from this system will cause significant problems to both product quality and our reputation.
We are striving to bring craftsmanship back to the vision correction industry and we need you to believe
in the same goal. |
Profit sharing in the Vision Fore Golfing laboratory |

Any profits realized by the laboratory will be returned as rewards to those who made it happen.
Skilled lab technicians and lab workers will be given 50 per cent of the profits in the form of bonuses
for producing high quality work. Certified Vision Fore Golfing Dispensers will receive the other
50 per cent of the profits in the form of credit towards their next year’s purchases, proportionally
based on the number of orders received by each dispenser. For example, if one dispenser accounts
for 10 per cent of our laboratory orders, this dispenser will receive a credit for our product
worth five per cent of total lab profits. |
