The anti-glare coating on all of our lenses work to eliminate the starbursts that come
from oncoming headlights when driving in the dark. It also helps decrease the back-glare
off the lenses when someone is driving up beside you and the light hits the lens and
reflects back into your face. |

In Japan 98 per cent of all eyeglasses have anti glare on them. In the USA, it is about 15 per cent. The large discrepancy
in usage between the two countries is a result of the many poor quality anti-glare coatings that were
initially introduced in the United States. After having bad experiences with the feature, many
Americans apparently became turned off and assumed that all anti-glares were of similar poor quality. |

Our experience has been that our clients who order eyeglass lenses without anti-glare instantly notice
the reflections at night time and the annoying glare off their lenses from fluorescent lighting.
Once accustomed to using a good anti-glare coating, customers who have ordered glasses without
anti-glare coating return to have the anti-glare coating put on. |
You may find yourself wearing your Vision Fore Golfing eyeglasses to more thoroughly
enjoy the night-time scenery you may have been missing. |
