As everybody knows, maintenance and care to the larger ticket items that we buy
in this world is very important to the warranty and the performance of the product.

We use the utmost in care in the purchasing process of buying our clients the best we can with
the greatest warranties. We do pass on all our warranties to our clients without insulting them
by requesting the purchase of an extended warranty. Since we believe our performance warranties
are second to no other optical company in the industry, we do request our clients to maintain and
care for these eyeglasses properly. It is very difficult but not impossible to warranty eyeglasses
that have been allegedly abused.

Always assume that you drove your brand new car down a dusty, dirty, gravelly road and you
were going to bring your vehicle home and wash it. You would not just start rubbing cleaner into
your vehicle. You would use care to rinse and spray and rinse and spray before you started washing
so you would not scratch the paint on your vehicle. We expect this care from all of our clients,
so this is the procedure we recommend to you to maintain and care for your golfing eyeglasses.

Step 1

Put a little dish soap in a clean sink with luke warm water then swish your
glasses around by holding them at the bridge to clean the lenses off.

Step 2

Rinse the eyeglasses with running warm water.

Step 3

Spray the lenses with a good quality plastic eyeglass lens cleaner and rub your fingers on both
sides of the lenses to make sure there is no dirt or grit left on the lens. If ever in doubt,
repeat the procedure over again.

Step 4

Once you are satisfied that there is nothing on your eyeglass lenses that could damage the lenses
during the drying process, hold your frame at the bridge, take a clean soft cotton cloth, and start
at the nasal moving towards the bottom of the lens to dry your lenses. Never clean in an upwards
motion as this will knock the nose pads off the special loops that hold them on the frames.

Special Note: Polishing cloths are only to be used on
smudges on your eyeglass lenses when you are confident
there is no dirt or grit on the lens. They are also not
to be used with spray eyeglass cleaner.
