Fitting and adjusting eyeglasses comes from years of experience in the optical industry and caring about how our client enjoys the eyeglasses we dispense. Our main optical store is in downtown Windsor in Ontario, Canada. Approximately half of our clients live in the USA. They still visit our cross-border store for regular adjustments because we ask them not to let inexperienced people touch our eyeglasses. All the eyeglasses that we create are destined for a client and our clients are not just numbers but actual living people. Our eyeglasses are custom made for the individual customer and not just to get the glasses out the door. This is a big factor in how the eyeglasses can be fitted and adjusted properly. We take a lot of pride in the manufacturing of our eyeglasses and the selection of the frames we choose for our clients.
