from fitting, through manufacturing, adjustment and delivery is coordinated and quality controlled. |

Until now, all of the ten steps that guide the production process have been controlled at the original Vision Fore Golfing store in Windsor, Ontario. We believe our unique manufacturing system will continue to deliver high quality products even as we include Certified Vision Fore Golfing Eyeglass Dispensers in remote locations. |
The important thing is cooperation and collaboration. As a Certified Dispenser, you agree to
rigorously adhere to the system’s rules, policies and procedures. |

1. ensuring quality eye exams, 2. exact fitting and measurement, 3. submitting carefully reviewed work orders to the Windsor Laboratories and final 4. fitting and delivery of the glasses to the client must dovetail with the other six steps that will remain in control of the Windsor, Ontario operation. |
Any diversion from this system will cause major problems to both product quality and our reputation.
We are working hard to bring craftsmanship back to the vision correction industry and
we want you to believe in the same goal. |

Profit sharing in the Vision Fore Golfing laboratory |
Any profits seen by the laboratory will be given back as rewards to those who made it happen.
Skilled lab technicians and lab workers will be given 50% of the profits in the form of bonuses for producing high quality work. Certified Vision Fore Golfing Dispensers will receive the other 50% of the profits
in the form of credit towards their next year’s purchases, proportionally based on the number of orders received by each dispenser. For example, if one dispenser accounts for 10% of our laboratory orders,
this dispenser will receive a credit for our product worth 5% of total lab profits. |
